Our location

The pre-school is situated in a spacious and comfortable house, which was remodelled to accommodate up to 35 children and 4 staff. The centre lay-out is inviting and provides an intimate homely atmosphere for children.

The pre-school lies within the Rangi Ruru Girls' School grounds close to the centre of Christchurch and enjoys many benefits of having a close liaison with the school. We have the use of their extensive and attractive gardens and playing fields, along with visits to the gymnasium, library, science labs and the Early Childhood College.

The convenient centre location enables staff to plan excursions with children, using the environment beyond the centre gates. Trips into the inner city area, including the museum, gardens and the art gallery add an important dimension to the centre's programme.
